Committee of Management

Roles & Responsibilities

1.  An approved Provider under the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and Education and Care National Services Regulations

​

2. Employer & Management of the service including:

  • staff management and human resource functions

  • policy development

  • planning and implementation of the service operational structure, including determining fee levels and program models

  • financial management

  • administrative support

  • marketing

  • fundraising

​

3. Implementing the National Quality Standard and developing and implementing a Quality Improvement Plan

​

4. Compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations that affect the business.

​

5. To assist with the management of services, the committee has established effective administration procedures that are clearly documented and easily followed year after year.

2024 Committee

Ride Avenue Pre School operations are managed by a volunteer Committee of Management consisting of present and past parents of children whom attend the kindergarten.

Ride Avenue Pre School is committed to the privacy of each individual. We have a clear policy that provides guidelines to ensure compliance with privacy legislation.

Meetings & Minutes

Committee meetings are now held at the pre school on the second Monday of each month at 6pm.
